Ok Ok Fadda Ken...who is just chomping at the bit to get on that old stage again! My My My what vigor as the late John kennedy would say!
As usual somewhere along the way, some of you fellas have gotten the dates mixed up.
I did a phone survey a week or so ago and the consensus was that we should put the show off untill the 1st week in January of 2007.
Kris reminded me that we should endeavor to play on a Sunday to keep in form with his new program "Garage Band Review" where an entire band takes the stage for an open mic night thing. Kris's words:
"Wow, Just keep in mind, Sunday night is the best night for fitting into the format at the Club, Thursday is the next best, and the later in November we do this the better. So I'm guessing that the Sunday after Turkey Day is not good for our main members? What about the week between Christmas and New Year's? Maybe that Thursday??

Gentlemen...Since the word I got from the majority of those I spoke with was to wait till January 2007, if we are going to have a quorum* show up for this gig, we will have to accomodate the "Later Than Never" portion of the band that as usual wants to put shit off till were all dead...
If those of you who are willing to wait can oblige, I will lock down a date of January 7 2007...The first Sunday of the New Year! Bloody Sunday after New years Day...sort of a U2 thing....
We need to just pick a date at this point and given that the rest of the players have elected for a later date in January, This is a good date...it gives White Mud time to get ready, and travel into Detroit after the holiday rush and spend a few days ahead of the show to raise hell, and then do the show on that Sunday, and still have time to make bail, borrow money to pay for hotel room damages etc...and still get home in time for explanations to our families by Tuesday or Wednesday January 9-10 for our pictures being on Fox News for the last two days.
I smell destiny! I think this is it! I say we go with this date January 7 2007 Bloody Sunday!
